    1.) Could you please include a europe 2 socket charger inside the package?
    2.) Is the device pre-rooted?
    3.) Could you please update your process information in shorter intervals? Last time I ordered there was no change for about 3 working days. That's inacceptible.
    4.) Is there any information about a future Android 4.4 Kitkat Update?
    5.) Does Pipo share any Information to the European REACH Program ( Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)?
