Tablet came in perfect condition after 1 week, only problem I thought was all instruction was in Chinese, but I got around it. please for your future customer include instruction in English also. thank you very much.

This unit is very fast and useable. The value is excellent for a 2G 121GB Android 4.4 device with a fast processor. The display is fine at this price point and there is little pre installed bloatware. The camera is basic 8MP rear and 2MP front and again is fine at this price point. This is the 2th PIPO of various types we have purchased for the family and all have operated perfectly reliably. I am impressed.

- Hello, my pipo p9 32gb has a fault and a strip down the left side of the screen is not sensitive to touch. Is there a fix you can email as I believe this is a software problem. The mini HDMI port does not work properly either. Number of machine on back of case is P9N1505G0146.

after few months the sim card stopped work. It's for sure an hardware problem of the tablet, because the same sim put into another device runs correctly. I've asked to all possible technicians but no one was able to help me.
Simply, the sim card suddenly was no longer detected by the tablet, that now works only as a wifi device.
Could you suggest me something?
