  • under "Insurance and Warranty", there is an option "English Setting For Free".
    Is this about the User Interface (UI), for which the language can be set in English
    in the case of Windows or Android OS?
    Is the PIPO X10 TV Box described on this page an international version, that can be set by the user to most common preferential language user interface, like English or French ? I'm asking this because I recently bought a smart device that came with a Chinese User Interface and Android OS, that could not be set to any other language than as shipped, in Chinese.

  • Under Terms & Conditions, I read:
    << What about ship back to us tax and duty?
    Tax and import duty is not included for warranty. We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the receiving country.
    To avoid any problem, we highly recommend that buyers use registered mail service as per no need to pay tax
    (Buyers have had problems in the past with companies like EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL and UPS) >>
    Now, when I want to order a Pipo X10 TV BOX, I might choose either
    - Registered Air Mail (with tracking number 10 - 25 business days )
    - or DHL/EMS/UPS Express Shipping
    
    I am more concerned by the payment of import taxes than by the shipping delay.
    The shipping costs are almost equal in both cases, what would be the advantage of waiting so long if there was no reason for ?
    Is Registered Air Mail a good option for avoiding to pay more taxes ?
    
    Please give me some advice, as a new customer ?
