  • Hi I got one box from you guys sometime back, and after I updated windows I lost eh dual boot option, now it only boots to Windows and not Andriod
    
    And when I used to have Andriod the sound never worked on the HDMI cable.
    
    Please advise.

    Please try to reset your device to factory mode: Setting-backup&reset -Factory Data Reset,if it still can not work,please update the firmware from computer,it will be figured out.

  • Good morning,
    you state that X7S has a built in microphone. In Windows the drivers are installed but when I try to record sounds it does not. In android sound from Mic makes same thing. It seems there is not a Mic or it does not work. I tried to connect an external Mic via 3.5 Jack and works in Windows but not in Android.
    let me know about Mic feature. Thanks in advance

  • Hi,
    Pipo X7S is booting in Windows only. If I choose Android to boot from, the screen will go black and then to Windows bootup.
    Any ideas ?

    I have a problem with my X7S: from time to time network card doesn't work. Also cannot boot Android.
    Where do I rese to factory data? In windows or Bios? Could you supply step-by-step instructions how to find it?

    Is there any chance for me to do auto power on from BIOS setting? If have can you share to me and if needed to flash the bios, please advice me and send the firmware file so i can do that by my own.
