    • Booting into windows 10 apparently applied an auto update that seems to have removed the OS select boot screen, the device now boots into windows without giving me an android option. Holding down power button and volume - boots into android mode, using the OS switch once in android makes it boot in windows still without a OS select at boot. Looking in your firmware area I am only seeing firmware for the x9s and not the x9. Where can I find the firmware update for the x9? and, where might I locate the user manual for the x9? There was no manual in my factory sealed box.

    • hi, is the a firmware update for the x9. there appears to be one for everything but the x9. i cant update alot of apps (mainly kodi) which require andriod 5.0

    • Hello, I have an X9 and I was quite happy with it - until yesterday when I bootet to Windows (normally I only use Android) and Win updated to the "aniversary edition". After that, the device won't boot (it's stuck at the PIPO logo), I can't even go into Android.
      Is there a way to fix this? Also, can I remove Windows completely and use the disk space for Android?

    • I'm getting Bluetooth and WiFi interference. When I paired a bluetooth speaker, the wifi connection is lost. This happen in Windows and Android.
      I tried to change the wifi channel in the router, but the problem persists.

      How can I switch to Android. I don't have that screen to choose from. After power on, the only image is with PIPO logo and then it boots Windows.

      Is there a MIC build in ? does it is well reconize on android ?
      If not, can we plug and usb sound card, and does it will reconize on Android ?

      About dual boot, does switching from win10 to android, keep win10 "ON" ? same from Android to W10?

      About x9s : did you plan to provid one with dual boot android/windows 10 ? and same question as above.

    • Can you please tell the maximum voltage which you can supply to the X9.
      I would like to connect the X9 directly to a 12 Volt car battery.
      While charging, the voltage on the car battery can go up to approx. 14,4 Volt.
      Is it safe to supply this voltage to the X9 ?

    • Hola , compre una Pipo x9 y mi Windows está en inglés trate de ponerlo en español pero no se cambió sigue en inglés hay alguna forma de pasarlo al español.
