  • Booting into windows 10 apparently applied an auto update that seems to have removed the OS select boot screen, the device now boots into windows without giving me an android option. Holding down power button and volume - boots into android mode, using the OS switch once in android makes it boot in windows still without a OS select at boot. Looking in your firmware area I am only seeing firmware for the x9s and not the x9. Where can I find the firmware update for the x9? and, where might I locate the user manual for the x9? There was no manual in my factory sealed box.

  • Hi! I have an X9, that´s working until yesterday. Windows was updated automatically, and after that, the device won't power on!!
    I checked the power supply, is okay, but the device won´t power on...

  • hi, is the a firmware update for the x9. there appears to be one for everything but the x9. i cant update alot of apps (mainly kodi) which require andriod 5.0

  • Hello, I have an X9 and I was quite happy with it - until yesterday when I bootet to Windows (normally I only use Android) and Win updated to the "aniversary edition". After that, the device won't boot (it's stuck at the PIPO logo), I can't even go into Android.
    Is there a way to fix this? Also, can I remove Windows completely and use the disk space for Android?
