  • At the first bootup time, It showed a dual boot option(android and windows 8).
    I used windows 8 first and I used it with windows 8 for a while.
    And I also did windows upgrades.
    Never try to boot android yet.
    Now I would like to boot up to android, but it does not show the boot menu after reboot. Even if i shutdown it completely using unplug battery, but It keep boot up to windows 8 only, never show the bootup menu.
    please let me know how to show bootup menu so that I can choice OSs.

  • When will the tool be available on your website approximately? within a week? a month?
    Please let me know your release plan for the boot menu tool.
    
    I saw the firmware download on your website.

  • The Earphone Interface 3.5mm of the W4S is a 3 pole connector only for áudio out or a 4 pole contact with mic in too?

  • At first only boots windows. When i choose android it boots to bios. So i choose recovery in bios. He did install couple things by itself and after that it went black. It wont start up anymore. Nothing, he is dead. I opened it and pulled out battery plug but still no improvement. No sign of life.... Can you please help me?!

  • This model is only win 8 or can be win 10?
    How many time to dispatch in Spain?
    What about warranty?

    Courier delivery (UPS, EMS, DHL) takes 3-7 business days depending on your destination. And Register Air Mail takes 15-25 business days .
