I've got a T9 Tablet since january 2015,i'm very happy with it, but I don't know how upgrade firmware and nowmoment it's needed.
It worrk with a 4.2.2 android,, kernel 3.4.39, compilation JS_T9_201405_22.
I've tried in your download page and no success.

I have a Pipo.-t9s-talk-t9-mtk6592-octa-core-8-9-inch-retina-android-3g-phone-call-tablet-gps-bluetooth-2gb-32gb
Al of a sudden, it does not recognise the sim card anymore which, obviously, does not allow me to make or receive phone calls.
It has two weeks of utitlization.and was bought about a month ago.
On the other hand, the device allows Skype to install but does not allow to open the app in order to perform set up.
All other apps work perfectly.
Your comments, please and your help to solve this issue

On the 10th Aug. I have sent you a note concerning my PIPO .-t9s-talk-t9-mtk6592-octa-core-8-9-inch-retina-android-3g-phone-call-tablet-gps-bluetooth-2gb-32gb malfunction.
You responded, asking me what is the number of my order.
The device was a gift from a friend and obviously there is no order nunber. I can provide it ´s serial number -T9SN16050012. There´s also a bar code in the back of the box: 6 988655 615012. The warranty card does not mention neither the dealer´s name nor the date of the purchase, showing just a tag with the number indicated above: T9SN16050012.
I would very much apreciate a solution, if you can give me any, for this inconvenience, in order to fix these issues.
