  • My pipoW4 tablet keeps going to a blue screen in Chinese but wont let me choose either of the two options the touch screen does not work when I turn it on.
    Please help also it keeps trying to reboot but nothing happens it never leaves the blue screen or the reboot DX screen please help me to fix this.
