    • Is it battery operated? I've seen comments which stated that there was no battery on other websites.
      What is the battery life?

    • Hi, this form factor is perfect for desk controller for Home/Office automation.

I need Pipo X8 to turn off its screen backlight at night/idle period, but still ready to accept command as soon as the screen is touched. Is this possible?

What happens is once the screen is turned off, I cannot turn it back on unless I click on the power button on the bottom\side.
