    My pipo is only 3 weeks old and has suddenly decided to refuse to power up.
    
    Is this a common problem, and have you any suggestions for a solution?

    I just purchased the x9 64gb version in HK and windows only recognise 20.1GB in storage and on Android 8GB free! Can you please let me know exactly how much space I should have on Windows 10 in the 64GB version please.. The memory don't seem right to me :/

    PIPO X9 Dual Boot Tablet build in 64GB Storage, for Windows OS will take 40GB and Android OS take 24GB.
    As the system will take RAM,this is normal for all Android and Windows device.

    Would like to buy this beauty but have some questions :
    1. Can you pre-install windows 10, since you already have it in download section? Because I have no idea how to upgrade it.
    2. Is it possible to switch off the screen on tv box when it's connected via hdmi?

  • Can this output 1080P via HDMI cable to my TV? Also, can it do 4k 1080P to a TV? If not, what is the highest resolution it will output to a TV? Thanks.

  • Hi.
    
    I recently reset windows on my pipo x8, and have lost the option to boot into android as a result.
    
    I can see where there is new firmware update on the site, but I cannot read Chinese.
    
    Can you please advise me how I can get the pipo back to the same status it had when it left the factory, and how to install software/firmware in English.
