- I cannot get android and I think it's windows 10. Could you please help me out with this as I brought this as it had both windows and android thanks jon

  1. Android OS Switch to Windows OS
  
  In the Android system, switching to Windows system: Pull down from the upper-right of your device desktop ==>Menu will appear (See below)==> Click "OS switching" , you can quick restart to switch to Windows systems
  
  2. Windows OS Switch to Android OS
  1) Click the switching icon (Android icon) on the taskbar of the desktop
  2) Click the "OK",it will quick restart and switch to Android system (See below)
  
  Note:
  If you have not seen the Android icon on the desktop, you may have cancelled the Dual OS switch file, and you need to update the tool to your device, and then it will be OK.

- Can u install .exe files on the pipo windows part(not android). Like can u install "imgburn, winrar, Mozilla firefox...."? Or any .exe? Please let me know asap thanks.
  
  And if it can then I don't know why everyone won't have one.

- I have a Pipo x6s 6 months ago.
  
  I disconnect the power for a month that would be on vacation, no one hit or use during that time. Yesterday connect it and try to turn it on and the only thing it does is shine the light on the power button for a second and it goes off again. Control that is well connected, connect it with a screen and it does not work.
  Only the button shines, I can not go in any way or do anything. What happens? Can you help me?

- Any news on the automatic power on when power cord is plugged in (or after power fail) release?
  I'm using Pipo X9.
  
  If there is no new release do you have a similar product with automatic power on?

- La actualizacion del firmware oficial ya la descargué para intalarla...... ¿Pero como la instalo si Pipo x8 está muerta?unicamente enciende led rojo, pantalla negra y no detecta teclado, ni raton, ni USB, ni MicroSD. Creo que tiene fallo en Bios, Fallo muy comun sin explicacion en este aparato. ¿Solucion?

- hola!
  Llevo tan solamente una semana con Pipo x8, hoy lo he ido a encender y solo se enciende el led rojo. No me detecta teclado ni raton, no hace el check del puerto ethernet..ni sale nada en la pantalla. ¿Alguna solucion?
