    Hi, Whenever I switch from Windows to the Android (start on with Windows ok) or start with Android at the begginning , "black screen come up with a message of Entering DnX mode, waiting for fastboot command... " for at least 10 minutes and eventually nothing happen, and then I have to press on/off button a few times to get it start again, is that normal? Are there a way to fix it?

  • The Tablet often freezes (black screen with backlight) .It happens in Android and in Windows. How can I fix it?

    Please reset your device to factory mode: Setting-backup&reset -Factory Data Reset ,after done that ,if it still can not work,please update the firmware from computer,it will be better for the volume.
