    Sorry but our PIPO Factory has not released the English ROM for this model at present.
    As for the active key,you need update to Windows Profesinal. And the active key cost was depend on you.

  • My fresh out the box PIPO W1S Windows 10 is stuck in boot loop after failed reset attempt. I tried the hard reset by simultaneously holding the power and volume buttons down and inserting a pen in the reset hole. I’m trying to avoid returning it for an exchange. Can you help?

  • I am happy with the device. But I have one question about the charger.
    Is it possible to charge using USB charger (like other android phone). The charger and the adapter does not look good at all.

  • I thought that the keyboard is included, becouse the pictures up there shows that this is a package... The keyboard is realy not included? Otherwise it's a nice looking product. I planning on buy one...maybe two.
