- I am happy with the device. But I have one question about the charger.
  Is it possible to charge using USB charger (like other android phone). The charger and the adapter does not look good at all.

- My fresh out the box PIPO W1S Windows 10 is stuck in boot loop after failed reset attempt. I tried the hard reset by simultaneously holding the power and volume buttons down and inserting a pen in the reset hole. I’m trying to avoid returning it for an exchange. Can you help?

  Sorry but our PIPO Factory has not released the English ROM for this model at present.
  As for the active key,you need update to Windows Profesinal. And the active key cost was depend on you.

  Where can I find widows 10 home product key?
  I have upgrade to PRO and I loose it.
  Now I need go back to home version because i have problem with PRO license.
  I have installed a complete PRO version of widows 10 and when I tried activate I had a error.
  Can you share (private or public) the image of win 10 home?
  Maybe I could buy the digital support with drivers and home version?
  Inside of box of my order (PIPO W1S, 4GB, 64GB) all documents are in Chinise language (gargantee, etc,). Can I have all these in English, please.

- I just received the tablet (W1S) and I am very satisfied with it. I have two issues, one is regarding the battery, I do not know why but it keeps saying that it will last 16 minutes, despite the fact that is fully charged. The second issue is that I will happy to know if your planing to have dual boot with android. Thank you.
