My problem is still not solved. Since my request from 16/05/16, my PIPO cannot switch to Android because the link where to download the file does not work, and neither the files you sent me by mail. Can you please let me know the solution? Is it as Mimon said, that a dual boot rom is needed? When will it be available ?

- Is it possible to boot the PIPO X9 or PIPO X9S from a USB stick, so that we can flash the hard drive and quickly prepare the unit for deployment on a larger scale? Is it possible to install Windows 7 on either the X9 or the X9S?

- I tried to update windows 10 to anniversary edition and at some point there were chinese on the screen with a %counter. After a couple restarts the machine is stuck on an endless loop of restarting. All i see are the loading dots and the restarts. That goes for hours

- Where can I get detail instruction to recover or reset Pipo x9 to factory install? Pipo x9 failed to complete Windows 10 anniversary update and is now stuck at bootup screen with "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered errors. windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart installation"
