  • I am also an owner of the PIPO X8
    It was I who suggested the product to the android forum on a very popular boards site sadly it was a gear best link that I used along with YouTube videos
    
    The person with the problem re the power supply was one of the members that opted to buy one on that basis
    As the fault is with the products power supply would that not be a concern for PIPO in itself
    
    would it not be in PIPOs interest to find out if its an isolated incident or is there a wider problem it could be a potential fire hazard
    
    I actually like the product and was considering buying the X9 model also which I wont be buying from gear best
    
    I think I will hold off for now and i wont be recommending this product to others until I see how this matter is resolved
    
    It would be sad if the reputation of PIPO was damaged by a re sellers refusal to rectify any problems
    
    so the request for Pipo to to contact the re seller directly to ask them to resolve this and return the faulty part to you for examination would be in your best interests

  • Hello.
    
    I know this is not pipos problem, but I bought one of these from gear best (x8 model) and the power adapter blew up within two weeks, which means I had no way of powering the device.
    
    The device works perfectly with my asus laptop charger, so the problem isn't with the pipo.
    
    However gearbest refuse to even acknowledge my tickets in their ticketing options.
    
    Can pipo please try and give them a push as this is reflecting badly in the product.

    1) Is it possible to change the language to german in Windows 10 on this devise?
    2) How big are the SSD partitions for win10 and Android, are the sizes changeable?

    - Is the windows 10 Licensed ?
    - Android is Virtual ( inside Windows ) or installed as a separate system ?
    - Is the android Rooted ?
    - Windows and Android are in English ?
    - When do you ship if I order today ?
    - Does this product support 3G dongle module ?
    - Except the screen size , what are the differences with Pipo X8 ? ( because Pipo X8 too can be upgraded to windows 10 )
    - Do you have a version with 4GB RAM ?

    Win10 is licensed.
    Android is a separate system.
    Both system are English.
    PIPO X9 64GB wis pre-order now, and it will be in stock on 28, September, we will arrange your shipment according to your order number when it is avaiable.
    Sorry but it does not support 3G dongle.
    It is equipped with FHD screen, while X8 comes with the HD screen.
    When we got hte 4GB RAM model mini PC, we will release it on our website soon.
