- just received the pipo x9. will not boot up, no instruction manual. power is getting to it. how do I get to boot up?

- Booting into windows 10 apparently applied an auto update that seems to have removed the OS select boot screen, the device now boots into windows without giving me an android option. Holding down power button and volume - boots into android mode, using the OS switch once in android makes it boot in windows still without a OS select at boot. Looking in your firmware area I am only seeing firmware for the x9s and not the x9. Where can I find the firmware update for the x9? and, where might I locate the user manual for the x9? There was no manual in my factory sealed box.
