    • Recently bought 6s, and tried to add a SataIII SSD (which should be backwards compatible with the Sata II), but it doesn't seem to be able to see the new drive. Checked BIOS and I couldn't see any settings. Disk is ok, as I've checked on my main PC. Ideas?

    • Want to buy this product, but I'm afraid because of the lack of manuals and large differences in performance on different resources. Please confirm availability 1000Mbps LAN port and also specify in more detail why the resolution of this device is described as 1080p? When z8300 intel hd 8th generation easily supports 4K resolution screen?

    • Just got this box. Box has two WiFi adapters (yes, two!). One is a normal Intel chipset. It antenna is not connected to an external antenna (that you see on photo) but it use an internal one (very simple).
Ethernet ports and External WiFi antenna are connected to MEDIAtek MT7620 module. It is HW NAT/NETWORK module, that is basically used by network routers (like ASUS, Zyxel etc) to improve their performance.

But it is not used by PiPo x6S software now. Not by Windows, neither buy any Linux. So, as far as PiPo made this product I have a question: when customers will have an ability to use installed MT7620 module (Ethernet+WiFi) by means of Win-7 or Linux drivers for it?

Google search can't help me to find any device driver for MT7620 module now. How can I use it?

    • I received my Pipo X6s today and I want to connect the box to the internet by wired and neither of the RJ45 ports are working! They show the 2 lights on when I connect the cable, but Windows does not recognize any wired connection only the wifi! Why that happen? Are the ports disabled in some place?
Another question is how to get access to the BIOS in the boot sequence?
I had so many good thoughts about the box and I'm afraid of bought a black box...

    • After 2 hours of Windows updates on this mini pc I just got in the mail, it will not recognize a 2.5" SATA II drive is connected. According to your support page, it looks like there is a new firmware update. However, I don't speak or read Chinese. And I have no way of knowing if the update will fix the problem IF I can even get it to install.

    • Efectivamente los puertos de red no funcionan bajo windows 10. Ni siquiera los marca en conflicto por falta de driver, es como si no existiera el hardware. ¿Cual es la solución para activarlos?
