    PIPO X6S package does not come with an HDMI cable.
    Courier delivery (UPS, EMS, DHL) takes 3-7 business days depending on your destination. And Register Air Mail takes 15-25 business days .

  • My X6S works but does not recognize any of the two network ports (wifi works). I wrote to you before and my emails to Pipo (Ginger) are being ignored.
    
    How can I get support to get the wired network ports to work?

  • I got my product shipped today but not getting any display. Have changed and checked with different hdmi cables and ports but nothing. After a gentle press the power button is getting switched on but no display to my TV. My order no. is 10100008789.

  • Can this be made to turn on when power is applied without needing to press the power button?
    
    I want to be able to do this so that it comes back on after a power failure if I am not there to do it myself.
