    • Hello.
I bought two PIPO X10. One is absolutely fine.
For the second after the third turn on the option disappeared after switching on select where to boot. So I must be the first time in Windows and it only to Android. And conversely. It can be activated again somewhere?
A second disturbance began yesterday. He stopped going sound from integrated speakers and headphones, just goes from USB. Sound in Windows is okay, just in Android is the problem.
She did just before the Windows update after the restart I moved to Android, and it was.
      Thanks.

    • I received my X10 two days ago. I have three questions.

After two days, the boot menu, allowing me to choose between Android 5.1 and Windows 10, has stopped appearing. The computer goes straight into Windows.

My first question is: How can I restore the boot menu and use Android again?

Just before the boot menu stopped appearing, I accidentally entered the BIOS start up menu. I wonder if I did something there to stop the Android/Windows boot menu from appearing.

My second question is: How do I bring up the BIOS menu?

My third question is: What are the symbols I see in the upper right and upper left corner of the screen when I first turn on the computer?

      Thank you.

      1. Android OS Switch to Windows OS
In the Android system, switching to Windows system: Pull down from the upper-right of your device desktop ==>Menu will appear (See below)==> Click "OS switching" , you can quick restart to switch to Windows systems

      2. Windows OS Switch to Android OS
      1) Click the switching icon (Android icon) on the taskbar of the desktop
      2) Click the "OK",it will quick restart and switch to Android system (See below)

      Note:
If you have not seen the Android icon on the desktop, you may have cancelled the Dual OS switch file, and you need to update the tool to your device, and then it will be OK.

    • Please disregard my prior questions about the X10.

I figured out how to access the BIOS menu.
(ESC on a keyboard or down volume control)

I apologize for taking up your time.

Thank you for your prompt replies.

    • I have one last question on the X10.

How can I boot from a USB flash drive?

I can boot from a USB flash drive on my Pipo W9S, but not my Pipo X10.

Under the "Security" tab, I have "Secure Boot" set to "Disabled" and "Secure Boot Mode" set to "Custom."

Under the "Boot" tab, both "Quiet Boot" and "Fast Boot" are set to "Disabled."
Under "Boot Option Priorities" I set "Boot Option #1" to the flash drive, if I can.

A Kingston drive shows as a boot option, but then the computer will not start from it. A San Disk drive does not show as a boot option.

      My questions are:
      1) Am I using the correct BIOS settings?
      2) Does one brand and model of USB flash drive work better than others?
      3) Do you have any other suggestions?

Again, thank you for your time and prompt and helpful replies.
