The USB 3.0 port is the only one working on my X-10. The other three USB2.0 port and network jack (RJ45) don't work. Is there a firmware problem?

- Is there another way to upgrade the firmware of the system/bios? - The official download page from baidu isnt working for us here. Maybe an alternative download for the “upgrade tool” and the Firmware.
For further communication you can also write me an email. - PIPO Tablet

Hello Pipo Box-Support,
We've bought 12 of your Pipo X10 TV Boxes recently and all have the same problem:
When connecting a mouse and a keyboard on usb, after like 10-15min atleast the mouse will stop working. If you unplug it and plug it in into another usb port, it will work sometimes, most times the usb driver will crash and you have to restart.
Lately the driver isnt crashing anymore, but the mouse (or any other device) stop working at some point.
It happens most of the time when you havent used the device for some minutes.
This occours with new bought pipo boxes with the pre installed windows and after installing windows enterprise + updating the drivers from your page..
Is there something we can do, like new driver or something? Right now its impossible to work with this product. - PIPO Tablet
