  • I just got the laptop and it does not turn on. I tried plugged in the socket, I tried to let the battery charge for some time too and it did not help. what do I do?

  • Can I install Linux (e.g. Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS or other distribution) on the PiPO W1 Pro? On some other devices I had trouble to overcome UEFI-bios restrictions.
    Will you provide a dual-Boot device for Windows/Android or Linux/Android?

  • My W1 Pro tablet was delivered completely dead. It does not start or do anything. The only thing I can see is a small blue light when USB charger is attached. I tried charging the battery overnight but it made no difference.
