But it also mainly depends on your local customs.

I am interested for a PIPO M9Pro Tablet PC and I was wondering which courier company (EMS or DHL) you choose for posting the item to Athens, Greece.
I am a bit worried about customs and I have heard with EMS you don't have this extra cost.
Also, is it possible to write down, a smaller amount than the real cost?

It built in sim card slot ,but it can not make calls ,it only supports connect to 3G network
