  • how long and much would it cost to send this tablet to Scotland and does the gift of the keyboard case get sent at the same time? also i presume since its a gift the case is included in the price?

  • My PIPO W1 works only at 1.33 GHz, not 1.8 GHz, As I can see in CPU-Z multiplier is 16 (83 Mhz) but it should be 22 at maximal, am I right? How to fix it?
    
    Mu processor is 3740D, stepping 3, revision B3
