Questions on PIPO W3F Dual OS Tablet Windows 8.1 & Android 4.4 2GB 32GB Intel Z3735F 10.1 Inch

- I bought my w3f in the Philippines 3 months ago. Everything was perfect with windows 8.1. Now that I upgraded to Windows 10 the screen won't wake up from sleep it just displays a black screen. The backlight is still on though

- i get w3f whit dual boot specifications in Geekbuying, but Apparently not have dual boot, when reboot it get into windows directly, how can i change to android?, or the seller send me old version of tablet? how can i know that?

- You tell potential customers that the tablet is upgradable to Windows 10 but it is not readily upgradable at all (Firmware and drivers are not READY). Can you tell how long will we have to wait until both the firmware and drivers are ready? Please advice.
