  • I purchased a Pipo W3f in Hong Kong. Its charger has a type G ac plug. For use in the US, I need a charger with a type A ac plug. Please help.

  • I bought the W3F three weeks ago and it worked fine until yesterday when I started the machine by pressing the on/off button, it boots straight to Windows and the screen to select OS is not shown. I tried to restart the machine many times and even reset Windows but it still does not work. I cannot go back to Android OS now. Please provide instruction on how to resolve the problem. Thanks.

  • 1). How to do a hard reset on W3F?
    - I changed BIOS parameters, now it will not boot.
    - Cannot gain access to BIOS settings to select default.
    2). Where is the MANUAL in PDF format for the W3F?
