- I also am having issues installing anniversary update. I need a minimum of 8gb, and after deleting everything, I still don't have enough HD space. I have 16gb model, and an extra 32 GB SD card.. I don't know my order number, but if you can please give me advice to fix this we would all appreciate it. Thank you.

- Where can I get detail instruction to recover or reset Pipo x9 to factory install? Pipo x9 failed to complete Windows 10 anniversary update and is now stuck at bootup screen with "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered errors. windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart installation"

- I tried to update windows 10 to anniversary edition and at some point there were chinese on the screen with a %counter. After a couple restarts the machine is stuck on an endless loop of restarting. All i see are the loading dots and the restarts. That goes for hours
