    Acabo de pedir a Pipomall una nueva tablet, la W8 de 64Gb
    Estoy muy contenta con la W1 que compré en junio de 2014. ya está fuera de garantía, pero no quiero renunciar a la tablet w1, que funcionaba muy bien. Se han contaminado los archivos de inicio de la tablet y los necesito para resucitarla.
    Mi proveedor ya no está en el mercado y no contesta al teléfono ni a los e-mail que he mandado.
    Perdón por la insistencia. Les pido ayuda para resucitar la tablet Pipo W1. Gracias.

  • Respecto al pedido de la tablet Pipo W1, lo hice en España y el proveedor ha dejado de trabajar y no puedo contactar con él. Lo que sin tengo es el nº serial
    W1N1404G0018.
    Necesito el disco de arranque o los ficheros para que arranque.

  • Hace un mes días fui invitada por Microsoft a actualizar a windows 10, la tablet Pipo w1. Las 10 horas de actualización terminaron con la tablet. Se enciende pero no reconoce SO e intenta reinstalar la versión anterior, pero no lo encuentra y se reinicia una mil veces. El teclado no funciona para acceder a la BIOS.
    En la micros SD de 64 gb se guardó la configuración anterior y es de aquí de donde intenta reinstalar la versión anterior windows 8.1, pero está corrupta.
    ¿Hay alguna solución o debo dar por muerta la tablet?
    Hasta ese momento iba de maravilla, la utilizaba como pc para todo y ahora ando perdida sin ella.

  • Hi I have already 1 year product but have not found any tutorial or links on the site to carry out the dual boot Windows / Android.
    This you can do if you where to find the material to be downloaded?
    Can I use the bios and android pipo W3F?

    I asked about the promised instructions for installing android on this device but have not had a response. I see you also took the other question off the site so thought I would ask again as it was a feature you said was coming. Can you please post an answer even if it is that it can't be done.

  • Estoy trabajando con la tablet Pipo W1 y se me va la pantalla pero la luz de encendido está encendoda. Esto me ha pasado ya varias veces y tengo que esperar a que se agote la batería para iniciarlo. Cómo puedo hacer para reiniciarla sin necesidad de esperar 2 días a que se agote la batería?

    Please choose settings==>app control==>Auto run,turn off the apps you do rarely use to decrease the battery consumption.
    Please keep your mobile charging more than 10 hours when it totally run out of the battery,it will be ok .

  • I recently re-installed windows on this tablet and lost most of the drivers as a result. could you please provide a link where i can get necessary drivers to operate this tablet.
